Hey, Matt Cook here, and Asian countries eat a lot of rice and noodles every day…

Yet they rarely get fat.

But when Americans and even Europeans try it, they pack on pounds almost immediately.

Why?

Well I’ve discovered it has to do with what kind of metabolism you have…

Most men in America and European countries have fat-burning metabolisms.

And while that may sound like a good thing, it’s actually harmful.

(More on that in a minute…)

Now on the other hand, most Asians have sugar-burning metabolisms…

And this is why they don’t get fat eating so much rice and noodles — they’re burning sugar for energy…

And rice and noodles are a type of carb, aka sugar.

Sugar is the key to keeping a hot, fast metabolism…

And a hot, fast metabolism is the key to great health!
