Hey, Dr. Magill here, and most men I talk to think that herbs are good for them.
Herbs are natural, so they should be safe, right?
Well here’s the thing — not all herbs are safe for men to take, especially long-term.
There’s a lot of herbs in men’s supplements that I don’t agree with.
They cause testicular damage, they may lower T, they may mess with DHT by inhibiting an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase…
So when patients ask, I give them this list of 5 really bad herbal ingredients they should never take — along with a “safe” list.
