Lebron James’ son, a basketball player in arguably the best physical shape of his life, just suffered cardiac arrest on the court.

And he’s only 18 years old… with no history of heart problems.

Now I won’t get into what I think is leading to this uptick in heart attacks in otherwise healthy men…

…or they’ll shut me down and stop sending my emails.

But I will tell you what you can do to prevent heart attacks, and this is something that any man can take advantage of starting as soon as today
