Hey, Matt Cook here, and I’m sure you’ve heard the news by now…

We recently lost actor Matthew Perry, most known for playing “Chandler” on the TV show, Friends.

The exact reason for his death is still unclear…

However, many doctors are speculating he had a heart attack in the jacuzzi which led to his death (by drowning).

Super sad. He was only 54.

And it really reinforces the importance of heart health for men over 40.

As cardiologist Dr. Bradley Allen says, we’re seeing instances of cardiac arrest earlier.

“We do see people in their 40s and 50s fairly commonly having heart attacks,” Dr. Allen said. “And by the time you notice cardiac arrest symptoms, it’s too late.”

That’s why prevention is so important. I’ve recently discovered the root cause behind most men’s heart problems…

And now I’m using a 90-second exercise that I believe is preventing heart attacks now and for the rest of my life.

I’m sharing it in honor of “Chandler Bing.” He spent a large part of his life giving back and helping others.

So I’d like to do the same and help where I can.

Warmly,

–Matt Cook
