If you’re currently dealing with something obvious or urgent, this probably isn’t useful.
And if everything feels clearly fine, it may not be relevant either.
This is really for the in-between phase — when things aren’t broken, but they aren’t quite the same anymore, and it’s hard to know what deserves attention and what doesn’t.
That’s the window where men most often:
- overcorrect
- add unnecessary interventions
- or turn temporary changes into longer problems
