It’s difficult to stay motivated. Difficult to stay the course.
Because thoughts constantly bubble up inside, “I can’t do this,” or “it won’t work”…
And these thoughts are a sign that you are on the right path.
We’re getting habits to change…and the middle brain HATES to change its well-worn habits.
So the self-talk “I can’t do it” and “it’s not working” are GOOD signs that your brain is responding. If you were like most guys, taking the easy way out, you would just continue jerking off and responding to triggers (that your brain craves) and things would get WORSE.
